Enquiry data is stored in our MongoDB database and may be processed via connected workflow tools (such as n8n) to support operational handling. We may also sync lead records to internal systems such as Google Sheets for pipeline tracking.

We only share information with service providers that help us operate our business (for example hosting, database, workflow automation, and communication providers), under appropriate confidentiality and security controls.

We retain enquiry data only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and operational purposes, then delete or de-identify where practical.
